When you download one of our apps, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the usage rules in the App Store. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our apps except as the law allows.

Our content

The apps, text, recipes, art, and other content we publish belong to Hyperlocal Games LLC or its contributors and are protected by copyright. Using the apps doesn't transfer any ownership to you.

Use your own judgment

Our cooking apps give general guidance. Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, and food-safety risk. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, check every ingredient yourself. Nothing in our apps is medical or nutritional advice.

No warranty

Our apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Hyperlocal Games LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or website. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
