Cook To Survive
Coming soon to iOS, Android, and Steam.
A game you play in your own kitchen. The prize is dinner.
It's six o'clock and you don't know what to make.
Or you do, and you're scrolling past somebody's trip to Tuscany to find the 'Jump to recipe' button. Or you can cook four things and you're tired of all four. Or it's the grocery bill. Or one kid won't eat anything green and the other just went vegetarian.
Everybody's stuck somewhere different, and a recipe doesn't know where.
So Cook To Survive asks first. Who do you cook for? What do you want out of it: dinner on the table faster, a smaller grocery bill, to eat lighter, to get better at this? What can you already do? What's in your kitchen? Then it starts you where you are, with something you can make tonight.
You cook real food, on your own stove. It works backward from when dinner hits the table, so everything lands hot at once. Lemon chicken, rice and roasted broccoli at 6:30 means the rice goes on at 6:05, the broccoli goes in the oven at 6:13, and the chicken doesn't touch the pan until 6:22, because it only takes eight minutes.
Most cooking games end with a pretend plate. You get to eat this one. Where it takes you depends on what you came for, and what you learn, you keep.
No account, no streaks, no feed, no ads. It works offline.
Food is possibly the one thing that makes us most human. If we lose control over what we eat, we lose who we are.
Only you can feed yourself.
